He then stayed over 20 years at Capital International where he headed the International Oil and Gas investment strategy for the group. Georges is well known to many CEO in the Oil industry and serves on many boards. He is the Independent director on VALARIS board, a major offshore driller. Florence Vialleton, is a former French government Foreign Trade Advisor, directly appointed by the Prime Minister. She has been an international business lawyer for more than 25 years.

She led the Lyon office’s Asia Department in the of one of the major French Law Firms set up in China and advised companies establishing themselves in China, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Florence graduated from the top-three French businesses school, EM Business School, and has a certificate in the Politics and Economics of International Energy (SciencePo Paris).

Florence brings her international, managerial and legal expertise to the ESG considerations.

Mirko Visco, Head of Wealth Management and Chief Investment Officer at Generation Alfa is also an executive director of Anaconda Invest. Mirko started his career with Merrill Lynch in Geneva and has developed a strong expertise in analysing emerging markets and distressed  credits. He spent 9 year at Merrill Lynch and was the Head of the Active Advisory Desk. Deeply knowledgeable about the energy  markets, his experience will help us cross check the equity market from a credit perspective and add significant value to the management of Generation Alfa Energy Bond AMC. Renaud Saleur holds a Master of Engineering degree from CentraleSupelec Paris, a Masters in macro-economics from La Sorbonne and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

He served as Senior Investment Manager at Fidelity for more than 10 years before joining the investment team of the Quantum fund at Soros. He was Senior Investment Manager at Moore Capital where he worked closely with Louis Bacon, before creating his own multi-strategy hedge fund, Mangousta, in 2002.

His funds have ranked in the first quartile and often decile of his peers. He is the winner of many LIPPER and MICROPAL awards. Having returned 12% net compound throughout his career, he has concentrated on the energy sector since 2018. Renaud also serves on the board of directors of several French companies.
